The Villanova CubeSat Club balloon payload was recovered by Pavel in North East Philadelphia about 1.5 hours after launch. He chased it down then called my number from the “Harmless Scientific Experiment” label stuck on the outside.

@ku2y Does the balloon have to be equipped with a transponder? Wondering how ATC deals with it, especially crossing (below?) PHL approaches?
