I don't understand why Mont Chaix (Lalouvesc, Ardeche, France) is not a spot. It could be a 2 points summit.

is rather restrictive which summits they admit to the program. If you know a summit they have not, one option you (almost always) have: Enter that summit into the program cqgma.org/ instead.
