@jmorris We had one of their Directors (Bob McGwier N4HY) submit an application for a project for ORI *without consulting us at all*. We found out about it when he bragged that he "secretly ran" ORI.
He's never been in any leadership position at ORI.
He resigned from ARDC back in December, but now claims to have the inside track for getting wads of cash.
But only if you fawn over him.
It's such a mess.
