One of the family members later died of an allergic reaction to food in a Disney restaurant. Because of the Disney+ trial, Disney tried to force their subsequent wrongful death lawsuit to arbitration. In acknowledgement that they might not have won that, and the perception of awful publicity, Disney will allow the case to be decided in court.
