Every morning I call the office in Tirana only to be put off to the next day.</p><p>At least now we know how Albania is so high up in the <a href="https://mastodon.radio/tags/DXCC" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>DXCC</span></a> Most Wanted Countries List. Right between Fiji, Gibaltar, Andorra and San Marino.</p>
