Used GNU Radio to build a local 10m repeater (all mode) which was used to complete a local 10 meter FM repeater contact as part of ham challenge week nine. Using Pluto SDR as the RF front end for this system. System allowed ICOM IC-705 & IC-7000 FM radios to communicate via the 100 KHz repeater-split.
