@marick @k9ox arguably the most important People Pattern of Agile/XP, having an embedded domain expert with authority to decalre requirements on the fly, was all too often dropped in commercialized performative ^Agile^.
On the very rare occaision that we had an embedded Business Analyst (or two!) who really knew both the Business and the existing Data, i saw it work very well, despite the daily ceremony, overly precise guestimation, micro-tracking online paperwork.
