Wobbling continues after 1700z, and I'm thinking more & more that it must actually be *local* to me... there's no fading to it either.
Here is the 738 wobbler accompanied by two time signals: one presumed from Taiwan (although I haven't heard the preceding short pips), another from Xinjiang
