738v kHz: something's waving up & down around this freq w/ ~200Hz sidebands.
It's not IRIB Radio Bushehr, which is steady @ 737.9513.
Nor is it Taiwan Fishery Radio nor Xinjiang -- or what? CNR1??? I've just heard an intro of their cultural px, usually aired @ 1505z, at 1634z
And no, it's not RNE Barcelona - I checked them on EA3HRU KiwiSDR, in case you're asking
Note there's also sth extra drifting up continuously - was around 738.0 at 1633z, exceeded 739 @ 1638z...
There's no wobbling on 738 kHz on Chongqing #KiwiSDR, or rather, FlyCat SDR (seems to be a successor to FlyDog SDR - and no, it's not available in stores (yet?)). This SDR in Central China seems to actually have Xinjiang PBS on top, with Taiwan below it -- yet, this max-zoomed-in waterfall trace shows signs of music from yet different station I'm NOT hearing
#mediumwave #mwdx
No wobbling in North Taiwan either, but what I'm hearing there is KBS 1 Radio and Xinjiang underneath, with Taiwan Fisheries WAY UNDERNEATH BOTH STATIONS
Gotta be somewhere closer to me, that wobbler, like naZi ruZZia? #mediumwave #mwdx
Well, no wobbling in Haparanda, @ SM2BYC, either o.O only a quick check there though as port 8073 #KiwiSDR is busy & redirected me to port 8074 unit, where somebody else was using its antenna switch, so I didn't want to disrupt his/her listening to Radio Capodistria too much
#mediumwave #mwdx
Tough verdict but probably nothing indicative of any wobbling in Cyprus , although only "audio waterfall" was available, which is of rather poor resolution.
Some tips btw: if you find your audio waterfall too bright, DON'T adjust waterfall levels in WF box - it'll actually make the waterfall all-blank! Instead, set AGC to less aggressive settings - particularly threshold level should be higher (making weak signals sound quieter but something for something ).
Wobbling continues after 1700z, and I'm thinking more & more that it must actually be *local* to me... there's no fading to it either.
Here is the 738 wobbler accompanied by two time signals: one presumed from Taiwan (although I haven't heard the preceding short pips), another from Xinjiang #mediumwave #mwdx
