The HAM @Hammut

Looking for a twinband T-antenna. In Rothammels antenna-book it is called Multee. Designed by W6BCX. Think it is more than 40 years old. I am looking for a simple solution for my 2-band QRP-TRX. It would be nice if hams from abroad would help me with internet sources. I haven't found any.

Update - it kinda works?

I can connect and call from macbook, windows laptop, and old wileyfox phone.

I cannot connect (no response from server) on Sony and Motorola phones.

Wonder if the physical VOIP phone I won for 1p on ebay will work...

Arguing with Asterisk (via raspbx) for hours, cannot get my android phone to register or get any response from the server...

decide to try a softphone on my laptop, and guess what? It works.

There seems to be basically no documentation out there on how to actually *use* this software.

Anyone else had this issue? Or know what stupid mistake I don't know I've made?

I have been asked if I'd like to make a sensible offer on some tnc hardware... But I don't know what would be a sensible offer, or if I want these, over a TNC-Pi or direwolf...

What do you think?

I decided to create a small survey to ask a few non-personal questions about Fediverse users, their opinions on its various platforms, and their thoughts on non-Fediverse networks, such as Facebook and Twitter.

The survey is oriented at people who currently use the Fediverse, and does not provide any way of saying that you do not currently use it.

If you’d like to participate in the survey, you can do so here. It opens at midnight on the 13th of May at midnight AEST (12th of May, 2pm UTC), and closes one month later on the 13th of June. I’ll be posting the results every now and then until it closes.

Please answer honestly, and send it to your friends if you’d like them to participate too! :mlem:

Another question... Does anyone have experience with the TNC-Pi?

tnc-x.com/TNCPi.htm

Looks interesting... Not sure if it's worth the shipping.

Hello fediverse!
@rimugu is looking to build a 2m/70cm j-pole antenna.
Does anyone have experience with a design that works well?
