@mw1cgg Well spotted, I was rushing things by then, completely missed it after too.

I hope I can redo that bit w/o a problem, I might have some spare diodes somewhere.

@M0KHR If you haven't been heavy handed with the heat then it should be fine.

@mw1cgg Swapped it around, there's voltage across it but still something is not right. Oh well, something for later.

@M0KHR One thing I would check is the transistors. Check they haven't been accidentally substituted with a part with a different pinout. This happens more frequently than we like to admit. Mainly with SOT-23 parts but those thru hole parts aren't immune to it either.
